Science Engagement Win for Dr Abrams' Museum of Watery Relations
Congratulations to Future Water's Dr Amber Abrams on being a Falling Walls Engage winner. Abrams was named one of twenty winners for her work with the Museum of Watery Relations.
Falling Walls Engage is a global platform that showcases Science Engagement projects and aims to inspire knowledge transfer within a global, inclusive and supportive community.
The Museum of Watery Relations project engages citizens of South Africa (especially those in Cape Town) with the aim of collaboratively developing an online interactive map of the various water samples/stories submitted to begin to develop an understanding of local water users and their perceptions of their water sources.
Abrams will travel to Berlin in November 2022 to present a final pitch for the Falling Walls Breakthrough of the Year.
