Future Water's Collective Conversation "Rethinking water and waste in future cities"
The fifth Collective Conversations on Science for Society series, hosted by UCT, explored the urgent need to rethink water and waste management in South Africa. Entitled: “Rethinking water and waste in future cities” this conversation was held on 27 July 2026, in the new Neville Alexander Building with a panel consisting of AProf Kirsty Carden (Future Water research institute Director), Craig Tinashe Tanyanyiwa (Water Footprint) and Tamsin Faragher (CoCT).
