BBC World Service The Food Chain: Our Director, A/Prof. Kirsty Carden, discussing Cape Town's Water Crisis Lessons
Our Director was interviewed by the BBC World Service The Food Chain on the 16th October where she has spoken on the challenges faced by Capetonians during "Day Zero".

Kirsty emphasised the importance of not only thinking of the present but being mindful in planning for future climate uncertainties and long-term water needs.
